PASSION Life can be incredibly overwhelming sometimes. Things don’t always work out as planned. Relationships begin and end. It’s hard enough dealing with the ups and downs of life. it becomes even harder when you throw in depression, anxiety, substance abuse, or an eating disorder.

Let’s talk about the things that don’t come up in normal conversation. Not everyone can handle the harsh struggles of reality, but my office is a safe space to talk about them. And let’s not only talk about them. Let’s get down to the root of the problem and face that head on. There is always still opportunity to start doing things differently and begin living the life you truly want. After our sessions, I want you to walk away feeling:

Heard. So often we talk to people, but don’t feel like they are actually listening.

Challenged. It’s not always enough just to be validated, but to also have someone who can point out areas where we can improve and make changes.

Hopeful. It can be so easy to get stuck in a hole and feel like there is no way out. I would love the privilege of empowering you to climb your way out and move onto bigger and better things.
