Eden Hyder Therapist of Inside Out Collaborative in Dallas

Several years ago in her 20’s, feeling lost to herself and in the world, Eden moved to Seattle. There, she wandered through various jobs trying to work out who she was, what she wanted, and where her place in the world would be.

These years were soul-seeking years—years that she spent answering the questions,

“Who am I? What do I want? Can I love myself? What does that look like?”

This process looks different for everyone and oftentimes, you don’t know where it will take you. Eden’s path has not been linear, but each part has been vital.

We don’t know why you’re here, but you are...and you are not alone.

Maybe you are tired of hiding, disconnecting, pretending — not knowing and not living from your true self. Maybe you feel lost and stuck in the role you’re playing at home, at work, in your family, and in the world. The role you’ve played has likely helped you survive all that has come your way to now, and that was necessary.

But it is not you.

We believe you matter and that people want to know the real you.
